Next Generation Subsea Excavation
A significant step forward for controlled flow excavation (CFE) / mass flow excavation (MFE) equipment, JBS's patented Sea Axe solution combines subsea excavation with ancillary equipment to offer greater controllability, highly efficient performance, greater reliability and reduced environmental impact.
Simple to deploy from marine vessels, easily adaptable for a wide range of seabed materials and able to remain submerged for up to 72 hours, Sea Axe works by generating a large controlled water column that is then applied to the seabed via the base tool, fluidising the seabed material and delivering non-contact, non-intrusive subsea excavation.
